After more than 25 years in nursing from Post-Anesthesia to ICU - I've seen firsthand how even the most advanced medical interventions can leave people still feeling unwell. That experience led me to Functional Medicine, where I discovered the power of addressing the root causes of illness instead of just treating symptoms.
Today, I bring together my clinical background and holistic training to help women after 40 reclaim balance in their hormones, gut health, and emotional wellbeing. My mission is simple: to help you feel clear, energized, and truly yourself again.
